Agenda for a half-day session

A draft, adapted from the half-day workshop we ran in Valencia in August 2026. Before your session we choose the exercises for the roles in the room.

  1. Start

    Welcome and the time-thief round

Everyone names the one task that eats most of their week. That list sets the examples for the rest of the morning.

  2. Learn

    Why AI gives generic answers

A short talk on context: the same tool gives useless or excellent answers depending on what it knows about your work. No jargon.

  3. Learn

A worked example, start to finish

Before anyone touches a keyboard, we show the whole method on a real business, the subscription company Antonio co-founded: its documents, its one-page card, and a real customer message answered with it.

  4. Build, steps 1 and 2

    Build your Context Card

Each person gathers the documents their work runs on (price lists, templates, policies, past emails) and runs our extraction prompt. The AI writes a one-page card of how their work runs, and marks anything missing instead of inventing it.

  5. Build, step 3

    Fill the gaps

The AI asks its own questions about what the documents don't say. People answer them and the card gets sharper.

  6. Break

  7. Build, step 4

Use it on a real task

Each person puts the card to work on something from their own role. For example: answer a client email with your real fees and policies, or turn meeting notes into a structured summary and a follow-up email.

  8. Share

    Show and tell

Volunteers show what they built. The trainer gives each one a live upgrade: what to do next in their case.

  9. Share

    Next steps

Everyone commits to one task to automate this week and takes the step cards home.

Ends at 13:00. Afternoon sessions follow the same plan.

Step by step, not a lecture. The trainer shows each step on screen, everyone does that step, then we check the room before moving on.

What participants leave with

Their own Context Card

One page on how their work runs: services, prices, policies, tone and common questions. Any AI assistant can use it, every day.

One real task, done

A client reply, a summary or a document they produced in the session, from their own material.

The step cards

The exact prompts we used, printed and digital, so they can repeat the method without us.

One task to automate this week

Chosen and committed to before they leave, so the next working day starts with it.

For you, the organiser: a one-page summary of the tasks each group chose to automate, so you can follow up on adoption.

Pricing

Priced per session of up to 15 people. Here is what it adds up to, including an example for 120 people.

Workshop prices by team size

120 people = 8 half-day sessions. Run two a day, morning and afternoon, to finish in four days, or spread them over several weeks. You choose the rhythm.

Prices before VAT. You get the final quote in writing before you book.

Included in every session

  • A prep call to choose exercises for your team's roles
  • The trainer, live, for the full half day
  • Step cards with the exact prompts, for every participant
  • A prep note: what to bring, and what to leave out
  • The adoption summary for you, the organiser

What changes the price

On-site sessions outside Valencia: travel is added at cost. Everything else is in the per-session price.

Tools and data in live exercises

The exercises use your team's own work. That never has to mean client files.

Tools: the AI assistant your company already uses

ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. The method is the same in all three, in a normal chat window.

  • No installs and no coding
  • A free plan is enough for the exercises. If your company has business accounts, use those
  • Technical teams can run the same session in Claude Code, Codex or Gemini CLI

Your data

  • No client files needed. Exercises run on documents that describe how you work: price lists, templates, policies, procedures. Not on client records.
  • Anonymise first. Before the day, everyone gets a short prep note: what to bring, and what to leave out or anonymise.
  • Your accounts, not ours. People work in the AI accounts your company approves. We never ask for access to your systems.
  • Nothing comes to us. We don't collect, copy or store what participants paste. It stays in their own chat.

Need an NDA first? Send it with your request.

Track record

  • 115applications for our first Build Lab at Las Naves
  • 17/~25people in the room published a working prototype that evening
  • 5cities across 3 countries with AI events run by our team

Who the ~25 were: mostly founders and freelancers, few developers. Their AI experience was mixed, roughly a third each: basic ChatGPT users, frequent users, and people already building with AI. That was a public build night, not a company programme. Our proof so far comes from public events, and we show it with its source.

Questions organisers ask us.

How many sessions does our team need?

One per group of up to 15 people. A 120-person team needs 8 sessions, from €12,000 in total, which is from €100 per person. Sessions can run two a day, morning and afternoon, or be spread over several weeks.

Online or on site?

Either. Online sessions run live on a video call, with the same step cards on screen. On site works in Valencia, or anywhere in Spain with travel added at cost.

Do people need technical skills or paid AI licences?

No. If they can write an email, they can do this. The exercises run in a normal chat window in ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, and a free plan is enough. If your company has business accounts, use those.

What happens to client data during the exercises?

None is needed. People work on documents that describe how they work, anonymised where needed, in the AI accounts your company approves. We don't collect or store anything they paste. Need an NDA? Send it with your request.

Is it eligible for FUNDAE funding?

Ask us. Tell us how you plan to fund the training when you get in touch, and we'll tell you what we can and can't provide before you commit.

Do participants get a certificate?

Ask us. Tell us what you need it for, and we'll confirm what we can provide before you book.

Can you adapt it to our sector and roles?

Yes. Before the day we have a short call to choose exercises for the roles in the room, using the kind of documents they handle every day. The structure of the half day stays the same.

Who teaches?

Antonio leads every session. Chiara plans the programme with you. We don't hand sessions to subcontracted trainers.

What do people keep afterwards?

Their Context Card, the work they produced in the session, and the step cards with the exact prompts, so they can repeat the method without us.

Which language?

English or Spanish. Mixed groups work too: the AI writes in the language of each person's own documents.

How do we book?

Click "Plan a team workshop", tell us how many people, which format and which language, and send it. We reply with a time for a 20-minute call. We shape the programme with you on the call and send a written quote.
