What happens on the 20-minute call?
You tell us how your business runs and where time gets lost. We tell you what can be automated, what can't, and where we'd start. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so. No sales deck.
We don't use Odoo. Can you still help?
Yes. Most of our automation work isn't Odoo-specific. We connect AI to the tools you already use, like email, WhatsApp, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, spreadsheets, your CRM and your accounting software, as long as they have an API or an export. Odoo is one option, never a requirement.
Do we need to know about AI or code?
No. That's our job. You know your business; we turn that into systems that work and train your team to use them.
How much does it cost?
The call is free. The Automation Plan is €350 and comes off your build if you book it within 30 days. Most first builds are fixed at €1,500 to €4,000, written into the plan before we start. No open-ended hours.
How fast will we see results?
The quick win comes on the first call. First builds are scoped to a two-week window, and we track the hours they give back from day one.
What happens after launch?
Every build includes a check-in 30 days after go-live, and we fix anything that isn't working as agreed. Running costs, like AI usage or software, are estimated in your plan and billed to your own accounts. Everything is documented and lives with you.
Do you work with our existing Odoo?
Yes. We build modules and integrations on your current setup, or help you migrate if you're not on Odoo yet and it makes sense for you. How we build Odoo modules.
What about our data?
We work GDPR-compliant and never ask for your customers' data for the assessment. Systems are set up in your own accounts and belong to you.
Who checks the AI's work?
